Here comes the sun! Happy Dance! So why are you feeling so foggy and tired? With all this new solar power we should be feeling energized and clear. Alas, its gear switching time and all that winter darkness, sluggishness and heavy food are in the way of a smooth transition. Not to mention the full moon and eclipse on March 15. It takes energy to switch seasons as the metabolism is revving up.
The body wants enzyme rich lighter fresh food now. The digestive system is screaming for a clean out! The brain wants more oxygen to flush out the fog. Your body just wants to move, bend, stretch and shake. Shake off winter, spring is calling. Spring is a perfect name for this season. The spring sun hits us with a bang. Its a solar kick in the butt to spring into action. Its is the time of rebirth.

Eat lighter meats like fish and chicken. Stop eating heavy fatty meat like pork and beef. Swap that cheese burger and fries lunch for a salad and wrap. Go light to embrace the light of the season.
